Do you not know that your body is the temple, the very sanctuary of the Holy Spirit who lives within you, whom you have received as a gift from God? You are not your own. You were bought with a price, purchased with a preciousness and paid for, made his own. So then, honor God and bring glory to Him in your body.

PUTTING ON THE MIND OF CHRIST. “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus.” This site is intended as a transparent record of my path in consciousness development; to grow up as a healthy, whole and productive person. I have embraced the Christian tradition as the source of my technologies, injunctions, and practices that will be the “skillful means” for the journey. This path is also an integral one, incorporating the insights of modern science, often overlooked by the West’s Christian tradition of spiritual development. To all those who have found a Friend in that still small voice.
